Project
This ongoing collaboration began as a project between two New York artists (and close friends of mine) who are very well versed in the world of Tarot. After hearing their idea to create a photographic version of the Tarot deck, I immediately wanted to join in. The basis of this project is to recreate the esoteric deck using photographs of individuals who we feel represent each of the cards’ unique meaning. Our vision is to create a whimsical aesthetic by shooting in both natural and urban settings while also utilizing quirky costumes and props.
